The Burlington-based Zero Gravity Brewery started as the in-house brewery at Flat Bread Pizza, which it still is. They recently expanded operations, and opened the Pine Street brewery and distribution facility in the spring of 2015. The tasting room has a small bar and some high-top bench seating, as well as an outdoor beer garden.
On a warm summer day, grab a seat outdoors and try their “Little Wolf” American pale ale. Or to ward off the chill of the winter, try the hearty Black Cat Porter. If you’re looking to try other Zero Gravity beers, visit Flatbread Pizza in downtown Burlington, which offers the full line-up of the Zero Gravity beers on 18 rotating taps. It’s also easy to combine a trip to Zero Gravity with two other Burlington breweries: Queen City is just across the street, and Switchback is down the road a bit.
