The City Museum boasts Prehistoric, Roman and Medieval archaeology collections.
You’ll also find city models, Art Deco furniture, movie posters and the names of Zagreb witches burnt at the stake. The museum building is the former convent of the Poor Claire’s nuns and a historic monument itself. In the cavernous cellars and courtyards you can view the preserved archaeological sites.
