Along with 30-miles of biking and hiking trails, the park offers acres of wetlands for kayaking and canoeing. On select Saturdays in fall, the park offers guided paddle outings that lead you along creeks and tributaries. The park also rents canoes and kayaks daily until about mid-October when the water becomes too cold for paddling. Rental equipment is available from 8:00 a.m. until 2:15 p.m. All equipment must be returned by 3:30 p.m.
Canoe rentals cost $9 per person, or $6 per family of 4-plus. Solo kayaks cost $16 per person, and tandem kayaks cost $11 per person. Park admission is $3.
