Pairing yoga poses on the beach with a stand up paddle board excursion on calm waters offers a fun, fit-inducing way to enjoy and explore Florida‒s natural beauty and abundant waterfront.Yoga enthusiasts of all levels are coached through a 45-minute series of stretches, balancing poses, movements and breathing techniques to help loosen up and get muscles prepped for paddling. Local paddle board designer Fabian McCullough of Ondine Board Co. lines up the boards on the beach for an introduction to and demonstration of basic paddle boarding. Manatee, dolphin, birds and various aquatic creatures are likely to come into view.
