Stylish, dimly-lit Japanese place where the sushi is top notch and prices pretty reasonable too – particularly if you walk or bike here to earn 10% off!
The range of sushi is huge, but a great choice for the lazy or indecisive is the Yamagoya Black – a $45.25 set meal for two. It includes a Jumbo roll, Fernie roll, spicy scallop roll, 6 nigiri of salmon, tuna & snapper, tuna & sockeye sashimi, miso soup & ice cream.
Look out too for the Yamagoya sushi van, which is rolled out for special events in Fernie.
