The University of Colorado at Boulder was founded in 1875, months before Colorado was accepted into the union, and currently has 38,000 students, faculty and staff.
The campus is located approximately one mile from the Pearl Street Mall and adjacent to “the Hill.” This section of Boulder has an eclectic combination of shops, restaurants and student housing. The architecture has been called rural Italian and it’s a great campus to stroll.
Many cultural and educational events and activities are held on campus and open to the public.
The University offers a variety of information sessions and tours.
