It’s not quite the Twilight Zone, but The Grey does transport you. The 1938 Greyhound Bus Terminal is now a delightful venue for lunch, dinner and nostalgia. Lunch is only served in the front of the restaurant, but dinner is served in the front and back. Have a few drinks at the bar and imagine yourself getting ready for the trip of a lifetime. IF you are old enough to remember, Greyhound’s slogan was, “Go Greyhound and leave the driving to us!” The only place this restaurant is going to drive you is into a happy place of eating and drinking and remembering. If you’re too young to even envision taking a bus across country, then just enjoy the ambiance, the meal, and try to get your imagination into full gear.
Our lives are all very busy these days. We may not leave the “driving” to The Grey, but we can for sure, leave the cooking and serving to them and we can just sit back and enjoy the ride.
