Perhaps owing to its American spirit, this place is not only huge (designed with an affection for industrial decor), but it has the unusual distinction of staying open during the normal afternoon siesta. A sit down meal of pasta or pizza (or a rejuvenating cocktail) can be had all afternoon and evening. They also do bunch on Sundays.
It’s generally an informal place, with both intimate and long, communal tables. And it’s busy – popular with locals and visitors alike – so brace yourself for a bit of waiting if you sit down during a meal rush.
They have a fixed price, tasting menu (40 euros per person) including a crostini, a meat platter, fried potatoes, wine, dessert and coffee.
