Museum About the Threat of Terrorism

The CELL (Center for Empowered Living and Learning) is located across the plaza from the Denver Art Museum’s Hamilton Building. IT is accurately described as a Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab.

Exhibits change but the focus remains on educating viewers about terrorism. The exhibit: “Anyone, Any Time, Anywhere, Understanding the Threat of Terrorism”, for example, is a sobering and possibly disturbing high tech exhibit focusing on terrorism around the world, including the USA. The message is why terrorists strike and they can at any time.

The CELL is a non-profit institution dedicated to educating citizens on the realities of today’s global terrorism threats. The goal is to empower both individuals and organizations with the knowledge and the tools to proactively effect change.

While some may find it controversial, it’s definitely worth your time to spend an hour here. CELL recommends children be at least 14-years-old.
