Spago is an LA cultural institution still keeping it fresh. This flagship Wolfgang Puck restaurant serves up classics like Handmade Sweet Corn Agnolotti with Mascarpone, Chino Farms Roasted Beet Salad and Grilled Prime Côte de Boeuf for Two.
The open kitchen lets you see the cooks work it. Try to grab a spot on the courtyard patio – but good luck. Valet parking is available. Reservations a must.
