If they have Bukowski’s Portions from a Wine-Stained Notebook, go to page 70 and read the LA poet’s wild account of a night spent impersonating Allan Ginsburg in a local Venice bar, incensing the other patrons so much they piled off their bar stools and chased him along the surf line.
