Inside the iconic Byblos Hotel this restaurant is set on a beautiful garden terrace shaded by plane trees and lit by lantern light.
Stylish but casual, the cuisine of famed chef Alain Ducasse is the star of the show here, and is as top notch as ever with outstanding seafood, fish, patés, vegetables, meat among the Provencal-Italian selections. There is a list of appetizers to share, such as octopus salad, sardines, and Burrata and tomatoes, and main meals include delights like linguini and clams, oven baked local fish, and lamb with spring vegetables, among myriad other choices.
The restaurant is only open from April-October, with the hotel, so book ahead.
