It’s rare when you walk into a restaurant and EVERYONE is happy. But that’s what happens at Jan, and with good reason.
This small and elegant restaurant in the trendy port neighborhood of Nice is one of the city’s most buzzed about and patrons are reserving well ahead of time to nab one of the handful of tables. The kitchen is helmed by South African chef Jan Hendrik who creates a seasonal based
tasting menu (sorry no a la carte ordering) of beautifully presented dishes served by a delightful staff and often by the chef himself who takes great care in making sure each guest is satisfied, satiated and smiling.
No wonder the place earned its first Michelin star in 2016.
Reservations are a must and in advance is better though they will put you on a waiting list
