The open kitchen dishes out fine fresh seafood in an upscale atmosphere with a light Caribbean flair reflecting some of the experience brought by Chef Chaun Besco. It’s often chosen for lunch with large sensational salads, creative sandwiches or seafood entrées.
The restaurant also includes an extensive wine shop with 1,000 bottles from around the world showcased for interesting browsing, take home or to take to the table where a corkage fee will be added. Wine Spectator magazine awarded Red Fish the Award of Excellence for many years.
The sister restaurants are Red Fish Bluffton, Alexander’s and Old Oyster Factory, and all share in the gardening project where they are growing produce.
