Lose yourself in this oasis dedicated to the God of the Sea – Poseidon. The island’s oldest and largest thermal park, Poseidon is arguably its most popular as well. With stunning views over the Bay of Citara, lovingly maintained gardens and terraces carved into the tuff stone, it’s easy to see why.
Poseidon boasts some 20 pools, indoors and out, with temperatures ranging from 28 – 40 celsius, among which are 3 seawater pools for children; a turkish bath nestled into a grotto; a private beach; health and wellness center; dining facilities and more. Sparkling clean, environmentally conscious and friendly to the mobility impaired, this park founded in the 1960s has it all.
Swim caps (available to purchase) are a must and children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the thermal pools and spa areas. Bathrobes, towels lockers and cabanas are available to rent.
Poseidon is open mid April until the end of October.
