Pitmedden Garden dates back to 1675 – though most of what’s here now is 1950s vintage.
It’s one of Scotland’s finest formal gardens; the symmetry of the hedgerows is impressive as are the floral heraldic designs.
There’s also a pond, wildlife gardens and a museum of farming life.
