Palace Hotel San Michele is a good choice for visiting the town of Monte Sant’ Angelo and nearby sights. The hotel faces the castle and some rooms have a castle view or view of the valley and sea below (see photos). The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Gulf of Manfredonia.

Rooms are comfortable and quiet with modern bathrooms and some have a terrace. Hotel facilities include a large parking garage, swimming pool, and restaurant. Next to the hotel is a wellness center and spa.

From the hotel it’s a very short walk into the interesting medieval center of Monte Sant’ Angelo, the castle, and the Shrine of San Michele.
