The chain of California stores is owned and operated by AIDS Healthcare Foundation, the largest specialized provider of cutting-edge medicine and advocacy regardless of ability to pay, so your spare cash is going to a good cause. You never know what you’ll find and the merchandise sometimes achieves a faded glory. Their shops generate 30,000 donations a year – some from A-Listers like Elizabeth Taylor, Bruce Willis and Carol Burnett.

The store in West Hollywood is one of their best – it even offers free HIV testing.
