Beware of imitators: there are travel agencies throughout Banglampoo posing as information centers. This is the real one; it’s affiliated with the Thai government.
They have more brochures than you’ll ever need, with information on temples, museums, and places to eat – check the ones you’re taking and make sure they’re in your language. We were surprised by some of the cool, out-of-the-way places listed in one of the restaurant guides. There are maps of the city and a BTS Skytrain map on the shelves, too.
The people behind the counter are helpful and friendly. The website has useful information but runs a little slow and gets stuck on some pages.
