A signature restaurant in Phnom Penh with a sister Malis in Siem Reap that is just as good. Both are directed by the legendary Cambodian chef, Luu Meng. Out of the ordinary, this is the eatery for redefined traditional Khmer cuisine, many dishes long forgotten. The setting is in a tropical courtyard creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. dinner. Master Chef Meng, who together with local wine master Darren Gall, recently released a book, Cambodia Sevensea’s, that focuses on sublime Cambodian cuisine. Not to be missed.
