This is a company with deep roots – founder Louis Vuitton died in 1892, but not before becoming the go to guy for top-of-the-line luggage. Over the years they’ve expanded into wallets, leather goods, Tambour watches and their own prêt-à-porter (off-the-peg) clothing line with Marc Jacobs overseeing design. Their bread-and-butter is still their handmade luggage. Friendly staff.
