Known almost as much for its delicious food as it is for its beer, Lost Nation Brewing is worth making a detour if you’re anywhere in the area.
They smoke their own meat on the premises and have a spacious outdoor beer garden with picnic table seating in the summer. Make sure to check out their chalkboard for daily specials.
They have a rotating menu, but some staples include their Cuban sandwich, stacked high with meat (you might have trouble getting your mouth around it) and their equally substantial roasted lamb pita.
For beer, their Gose is very popular for those with a sour-tooth, and their Pitch Black Ale is great on a winter day. If you’re looking to bring some home, they have growlers for sale or refills, and a state of the art (and cool to watch) growler filler.
