The Inn at Cape Kiwanda sits quietly across the street from the ocean and the Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area. The Inn offers reasonably priced rooms each with a view from each balcony just has to look past the parking lot to the sea.
Owned and operated by the same folks who own Pelican Brewing Company and other developments in and around Pacific City, the Inn at Cape Kiwanda caters to kids and families. The Inn has a DVD lending library, a treasure chest of gifts for the kids and a weekend happy hour complementary Pelican brews. By far the best room at the Inn is the “Surf Suite,” a spacious room that boasted a gas fireplace, a balcony over looking the surf break and a sweet kids room featuring a VW surfer bus bunk bed, an Xbox, toys and surf memorabilia from O’Neil wetsuits.
The Inn at Cape Kiwanda is great option if you don’t feel like renting a whole house in Pacific City and you want to keep an eye on the surf break from your cozy room.
