The Ginger has arisen out of the shell of the old Indian railways Yatri Niwas (hotel) and is part of an India-wide hotel chain brought to you by Mr. Tata – the man who also brings you those orange trucks. These hotels are far nicer than the trucks and are setting new standards in decent cheap accommodation, mainly for the businessman.
Rooms come with a TV, tea and coffee maker, fridge and airconditioning. The Ginger is just by the New Delhi Railway Station, on the Ajmer Gate side.
