Frasca, which Food and Wine Magazine has recommended for its food and wine pairings, has been described as one of the best restaurants in Colorado. Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson keep winning awards.
The food is Italian focused on the cuisine in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a sub-alpine region in northeast Italy. The service are exceptional, and the wine list is extensive.
Traditional tasting menus featuring the cuisine in Friuli-Venezia Giulia are offered Tuesday through Saturday. Mondays are reserved for wine dinners featuring different vintners.
Frasca takes reservations up to 2 months in advance. Walk-in seating is limited.
