Follow in the footsteps of the Swiss mountain guides that charted the territory in the early 20th-century with a really rewarding hike up a classic local peak.

Involving a 1013m elevation gain it’s hard work, no doubt, and you need to be fit and well supplied, but the views from the summit are so spectacular that they mock of the mountain’s understated name!

The trailhead lies at the boathouse in the southeastern corner of Lake Louise.
