Costa Blanca Bistro brings savory Mediterranean-themed tapas and fun, stylish ambiance to the heart of “Nordeast” Minneapolis’s eclectic dining scene.
Costa Blanca’s menus is exclusively tapas, but if you think “tapas” is just a fancy name for appetizers, think again. Costa Blanca’s tapas are creative, flavorful works of art, like gourmet mini entrees. For example, the piquillo peppers, stuffed with honey-truffle goat cheese and accompanied by sherry glaze, saffron aioli, red wine and micro-greens.. Even the jamon (ham) board features generous portions of Serrano ham amidst Manchego cheese, Basque olives, tangerine oil, garlic bread and red-wind reduction.
Costa Blanca offers an abundant seafood selection including sauteed shrimp, seared scallops, red snapper, sea bass and seafood paella. Meat lovers will find pimenton-marinated beef tips, pork tenderloin and lamb chops. Diners will find Argentinian and domestic wines by the bottle and glass as well as local beers. The cozy restaurant features both table and bar seating.
