is another one of Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants. This one fuses Asian
cooking, California fresh ingredients and French culinary techniques. The menu
is served family style, encouraging diners to share such dishes as Whole
Sizzling Catfish with ponzu dipping sauce or Shanghai Lobster. A signature dish
is Cantonese Duck in Plum Sauce.
