As well known in Nice as the sunshine, Chez Pipo is where locals go for one thing: Socca!

A chickpea flour crepe cooked in a large copper pan over a wood fire in a brick oven, Socca is a specialty of Nice an you have to try it, at least once, at Chez Pipo where it’s been served since the 1920s.

FYI: Chez Pipo is cash only and no reservations are accepted.
