Castle Terrace shares the “nature to plate” philosophy of its sister restaurant The Kitchin. The head chefs are good friends too, but head chef Dominic Jack is given full creative reign here, as his latest menus show.
It’s fairly new to the scene (2010) and so better value than more established rivals – despite having quickly won its Michelin star and having a convenient central Edinburgh location.
