One of the hottest restaurants on the Strip these days is an import from NYC. In a glamorous dining room with leather banquettes, chandeliers, and lipstick red curtains, this restaurant’s retro appeal is seductive. Even the soundtrack will transport you back to the 1950s and ’60s when Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack ruled the Strip.
On Carbone’s menu of Italian American classics are dishes such as spicy vodka rigatoni, lobster fra diavolo, veal parmesan, and cherry pepper ribs grilled over charcoal. Just remember to not eat so much that you’re full by the time that the dessert cart arrives, loaded with cookies, cakes, and more. If you’re lucky, you’ll even get a complimentary pour of the house limoncello.
