Start with a crab stuffed shrimp or spicy ahi tuna with ginger vinegar. Soups and salads include blue crab bisque and watermelon goat cheese stack. Seafood dominates when it’s entrée time – sea bass with roasted gnocchi and sweet and sour scallops, for instance.
For non-seafood appetites, there are also eggplant Caprese, crispy duck, and classic filet mignon.
