BJ’s Restaurant offers a typical breakfast menu: eggs, pancakes, French toast, omelets. They also have corned beef hash, crepes, steak-and-eggs and breakfast combos.
None of that is exceptional. Here’s what is.
- You can purchase a wide range of items a la carte, including one egg and one piece of toast, so if you’re not that hungry, you’re not stuck with a huge plate of food.
- Service is quite fast; the waitstaff pours coffee almost the second you sit down.
- If you’re eating a dish topped with whipped cream, they’ll add more if you’d like.
- When you ask to have your leftovers boxed, they’ll offer you plastic silverware. And if you’re boxing something like pancakes, they’ll throw in more butter, syrup and whipped cream.
P.S. The food’s great, especially the homemade buttermilk pancakes.
