Aventuras Mexico Profundo is a tour operator with an
ecotourism bent. They have some solid tours out of La Paz, but also offer tours
throughout Baja Sur. They have licensed guides who speak German, Spanish,
Italian, French and English. All of their tours (which include roundtrip ground
transfers from and to the hotel) operate with a minimum of two persons, and in
some cases a six person minimum group is required. La Paz Torus include
snorkeling with sea lions at Espíritu Santo Island; swimming with whale sharks
in season, December through February; Gray Whale watching excursions January
through March; city tours of la Paz; and torus to The Reptile and Wildlife Shelter
and Educational Center of La Paz, excursions to the historic mining villages of
San Antonio and El Triunfo; and a day at Balandra Beach.
