If quality French cuisine appeals to you,  and a restaurateur who makes
you feel special, Armand’s is the place for a special night out.  The signature dish is the beef tenderloin
rossini (US$21) cooked right at your table by Armand Gerbie himself, who loves
to share a digestive or two with his guests and make the occasion memorable. Armand’s
duck and pates are delights.  So is the
menu selected by the late King Norodom Sihanouk that included French onion soup made with sauvignon
blanc, Tasmanian smoked salmon with capers, spring onion, bread and butter,
and of course the tenderloin.  Recently added to the menu is caeser
salad and wild mushroom soup with truffle oil.  Located on the less bustling Street
108 at #33, near the old market.  Booking
is advised.
