Founder | Editorial Director | Kim Grant
kim [at]

Bindu Trips is the natural consequence of everything that is Kim Grant. She’s written upwards of 45 guidebooks, including  Explorer’s Guide Cape Cod (the region’s best seller), for most major publishers — more for Lonely Planet if anyone’s counting. She is also a photojournalist represented by Getty Images and was a founding photographer for Lonely Planet Images. Kim served as the Media Liaison for TravMedia, where she helped build relationships between journalists and destinations, and has penned many compelling public relations outreach programs for destinations. As Acquisitions Editor for Countryman Press, she wildly expanded their revered Explorer’s Guide and Great Destinations titles. As Chief Content Officer with Sutro Media, Kim single handedly acquired and guided more than 500 authors to create travel apps on the best-in-class platform. Kim now brings that expertise — and those experts and their curated content — to Bindu.

DMO, CVB & TO Relations*
dmo [at]

*Our collective consists of a cadre of locally-based, professional writers — those with a deep understanding of place. But when we’ve not found the perfect destination specialist (yet), we have sourced relevant, itinerary-style content from DMOs, CVB, and TOs. We’ve noted it as such, and included links back to the contributing organization.
