Nancy has been living and writing in California for 35 years. While in high school she packed up her skis, boots and French-English dictionary and headed off with the school's ski club to Chamonix. It fueled a life-long zest for travel. Nancy started her career at Bon Appetit and Architectural Digest. Over the years she has written for the Los Angeles Times Magazine, Touring & Tasting, Santa Barbara Visitors Bureau magazine, Solvang & Santa Ynez Valley Destination Guide and Santa Barbara Polo magazine. She co-authored the guidebook Hometown Santa Barbara and has worked on projects for Frommer's and Globe Pequot Press.
